Advance warning of Alishan Cafe Price Increases

Our Spider Lily season has now finished and the cafe will return to it's regular operating hours from the 16th October. We are posting in advance to let you know that the tidal wave of price increases which has swept across Japan has finally reached the Alishan cafe. Some items will increase by around 20-100 yen. The food will taste as great as ever though and we look forward to sharing our new menu with you.

Halloween at the Alishan Cafe: October 23rd - October 27th

To celebrate halloween this year the cafe will be offering a special Halloween plate, pumpkin-based sweets, and on the 25th (sat.) there will be Jack O'Lantern carving along with a halloween dinner and live music. We'd love to see you there!

*Halloween plates will be available for the first ten customers during weekdays. Y2000. The meal includes a mushroom and pumpkin quiche, Today`s soup, roll cabbage, herb toast pumpkin salad, dessert and a drink.

*Halloween sweets will be available for this special week including pumpkin tart and pumpkin pudding. All will be original to the Alishan Cafe and of course vegan sweets will also be available.
