Bee Japan is currently looking for participants for this year's bicycle tour from Hokkaido to Kyushu to promote environmental awareness. In addition to cyclists, they need help in many areas including home-stays, events, fundraising and publicity. Please visit their website or contact them for more information. HERBAL TEA IN DAILY LIFE
Do you spend your days alternating cups of tea and coffee, wanting a bit more variety or to escape the constant flow of caffeine but not sure how to go about it? Here is your chance to learn! The Alishan Cafe is hosting a class on herbal tea run by Ando-san, owner of the herb shop Tendrement. He will cover a wide range of topics including an understanding herbs, how to get the best flavour from them and how to make your own herbal blends. Our cafe staff will also be taking this class so itÅfll be a chance to meet us too!
Time: Tuesday April 15th, from 12.30 until 2.30.
Place: The Alishan Cafe
Cost: Y1500 (includes the cost of herbal tea and an alishan cafe sweet)

YOGA CLASSES
Come and join the staff of Tengu in our yoga classes. This month's will be held on the 3rd and the 17th of March.

TAI CHI
Tai Chi is a wonderful way to ease the stresses of the working week. Okumura Kaoru-san will be holding his Tai Chi classes again this month. The first class will be held on Sunday 2nd March and the second on Sunday 16th. Both are from 12.30 until 3.30.
Cost: \5000 a month (two classes)
Place: Alishan Organic Center
Bring: loose clothing and if possible an empty stomach (you can fill it up in the cafe afterwards!)
